Excellent hotel. The front desk staff was amazing Luca, Tomasso and his colleagues understood right away that we had a tough time with our previous hotel. They set us up with refreshments while we waited for our room. The room was excellent, very clean and well decorated. Amazing breakfast spread as well. Overall excellent staff and lovely stay. The location is great to all attractions and high end shopping. We would love to return and highly recommend this beautiful gem of a hotel and their lovely staff.

Incredibly thoughtful and attentive staff. Beautiful property with tons of character and an exceptional location in Florence. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Location, Location, Location Super friendly staff. Experienced in all sorts of Dining experiences, how to get the best guide to see all the museums.
