The hotel is very beautiful and cozy, and my room had a balcony with an amazing view of Lake Llanquihue, Osorno, Calbuco and Cerro Tronador, and the heating worked really well. The only opportunity for improvement would be the pool, which is quite small, and the room service, which becomes very limited later at night. I would book again easily if I return do Puerto Varas.
