We were on a budget graduation trip to mount Tamborine and this was the best choice I made! Worth the money and beyond expectations. Although I thought the entrance was shady, we all had a good night sleep. The room was well maintained and all necessary amenities. Wish they had a pair of toothbrush and toothpaste. Other than that, it was a great stay. Definitely recommend!

The room was excellent, the manager & staff were excellent and I was given incentives to eat and drink at the hotel for my stay with a free drink and 10% off food, which I did.
The room and bathroom were beautiful and modern and the bed was very comfortable and nice pillows.....but......I would've given 5 out 5 for everything if the bin in the bathroom had been emptied and cleaned, it had used sanitary pads from I presume the previous guest. (Insert vomit emoji here)

The room was clean the staff friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and bar staff were great, helps to be able to have your meal delivered to your room. Great for a stay in that area, recommend to other travellers.

No staff until check in time. Tv a nightmare to figure out. Otherwise fine.
