We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. The property is very family-friendly, with spacious facilities and a welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. One of the highlights was the easy access to the beach, making it convenient for us to enjoy the sea and sand whenever we wanted.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring that our needs were met. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle bus service to the Adventure Waterpark, which made our trip even more enjoyable and hassle-free.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing beach getaway with great service and convenient access to nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

I had a pleasant stay at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort. Overall, the experience was good. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, which was definitely a plus point. The breakfast and dinner also offered a good variety of choices, and the food was generally enjoyable.
The only area that I feel could be improved is the cleanliness of the public restroom, especially the restroom on the second floor. I noticed some unpleasant odour, which was slightly below my expectation for a five-star hotel. Other than that, everything else was good and I enjoyed my stay.

There are so many good things to comment on this hotel. The room was clean, bed are so comfortable with heavenly pillow to lie on and hug. The breakfast has too many varieties, and at the same time, delicious, love the Earl Grey croissant. We had our dinner at Prego, it’s really delicious, and 25%discount for in house hotel guests which is very thoughtful. The beach is also beautiful and clean. Also near to the golf course, we went there for chipping and putting free of charge. We will come back again hopefully.
