The room was clean but the hotel as a whole i think needs a little redec. Reception staff were helpful on arrival. I’ll stay again next time i’m in Cheltenham.

Room was clean and smelled fresh, bed was comfortable, shared shower room also clean. Staff at check-in located in nearby 'Central hotel' were friendly as was the housekeeping who needed to wake me up as I'd overslept (like I said the bed was comfortable). It's all you need without the unnecessary frills, great value, will definitely use again,
