The buffet breakfast was more of a brunch unless you like soup, sushi, noodles and rice for breakfast. We wanted the traditional breakfast, was not at all available. We ended up going out for breakfast after the second day. To have croissants, eggs, sausage, pancakes. If you want the Thai experience, it was fine for a couple days. And it was well presented.

It was a very nice hotel and room, i reserved a room with a balcony, however the balcony was useless, no furniture and a big AC box in the way. The food was “ok” I feel since they get foreign travelers, they should have other options besides Thai food and sushi for breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful, it was so hot and no AC in the hallways, and very limited AC in the main lobby… not good for waiting

Excellent hotel BUT if you want to use the airport shuttle you have to book it on the day of check in or you cannot use it at all during your stay. Wish we knew that, that was disappointing. Overall a joy to stay at!
