Spotless room, very kind staff, great location. The only problem was that when we came back one night to the hotel on Saturday at 21:00, we requested to charge our electric car and the staff had no clue what the procedure was and how to activate the charging station and he told us he did not have information which was unacceptable.

Room was very clean. Breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.

It is an automated check-in on a Sundy. But everything worked perfect. And since Switzerland experienced a heat wave during our stay, it felt good to be fully airconditioned.
Breakfast was well served and plentyfull.
