Location was excellent. Close to older part of Rome (walkable). Very close to the Vatican (10 minute walk)

This guest house is very close to the Vatican, even closer than it looks on the map. It is also very close to a supermarket, several restaurants and the metro station is a short walk away which is very handy. For staying in Rome it is an ideal location. The room was very nice with good Wifi, air conditioning, a big comfortable bed and was very clean. There was also a flat screen TV but every station was in Italian but on our second day we discovered that if you use the tools button on the remote you can change the audio on some of the stations from Italian to English which was good. Breakfast is served across the street at a little bar/cafe, just a coffee and croissant but it was very nice and was enough for us.We found the Italian people very nice and helpful throughout our whole stay. We enjoyed our trip very much and would recommend visiting Rome and the Vatican and Colosseum is a must see.

For anyone looking for a hotel this is not it, this is a sectioned off area of a private living area that’s gated. My first issue was check in wasn’t confirmed because I couldn’t get the code because I had no access to my booking phone number(was on a e-sim) then I couldn’t gain access to the separate compound of the rooms because the code did not work and I had to call 4 or 5 times to get ahold of someone and they let me in. The stay was adequate and the A/C was great after a long day walking around Rome, the location in the prati section was also great. The real issues after trying to even get access to the room was the cleanliness for me, the floor looked like they had never been washed and there was mold in my shower due to the door of the shower not closing properly. Also when I booked it says air port transfer available, when paying 1000 cdn you would assume if it says that it’s included but it was not.
