Nice, basic long-term stay hotel. In a very nice area right off the interstate. Was built fairly recently so it was a little more run down than I expected in some areas. Part of the counter laminate in my room was coming off and the walls/stairs were dinged up. Fitness room has a couple treadmills, an elliptical and functional trainer/cable machine with weight stacks but there was no bench, dumbbells, or mats which was disappointing. But overall it was very clean and worked great for what I needed.
Note that there are basically no amenities here; not even coffee or tea available in the lobby. Starbucks and Hyvee just a couple minutes away which is nice. Having a kitchenette in the room helps so you can bring your own stuff. No pots/pans/coffee maker available, I think you have to pay for those or bring your own.
I would stay here again as the price was right and it met my needs as a solo traveler on a work trip.

The room was exactly as described in previous reviews. The building was secure and the staff was more friendly and responsive than expected. I do not have anything to complain about. For the price everything was better than expected.
