Great location being very central!
Staff were very friendly and happy to help!
We were a bit worried about the cleanliness having read some previous reviews, but these turned out to unfounded.

The staff were wonderful. The best spot for transporting back and forth to London.

Room was fine. Reception staff very friendly. Found a used item from a '50 shades of grey sex kit' on the floor of the room. Handed it in to reception.

I had a couple of issues with my room (nothing overly serious) that couldn’t be resolved at the time due to the hotel being full for the night but how it has been dealt with following my departure has been excellent, location was ideal for my stay and reasonably priced too. Will definitely use again if required
