Great location just out of town. The property had a pool, but we never used it. Our room was a bit dated, with a well-equipped kitchenette (no stove). I loved that we had a gas fireplace in the room. However, the lobby had a wood-burning fireplace, which I used for three different nights. The continental breakfast was great considering it was a self-serve setup. With cereals, breads, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, boiled eggs, juices, and coffee, it gave one a full belly to start the day off. There is also a basket of free snacks near the lobby. The staff always gave us two bottles of water to take with us.

Clean room and good breakfast

Overall, it was a very good stay. The only negative was I rented a two bedroom and all they had was an old school air conditioner in the main living room area. There was no air-conditioning in either of the bedrooms and it got excruciatingly hot at night.

We enjoyed our stay in a very spacious, clean room. This hotel was in a great location for everything we did while on our first visit to Door county. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet in the evening.
