Everything was good, except the staff ( female) at check out was lousy.. she doesn’t know her job and she did want the male colleague to help. It wasted 15 minutes of my time rushing to Daxing airport. !!!

I love this hotel. Really clean and nice to stay at. For example, I wear screw in earrings and, after I got back to my room from a long day, I saw a piece on the bedside table. To which I then realized I lost my earring. But when I went into the bathroom, the other side was there. Which just goes to show how well the staff was at cleaning the room to which they find such small parts and leave it where it can be found.
