Positives: The bed was comfortable, it was nice having a sink in the room, the hotel was right next to a tram station which as well as a Carrefour (super convenient!) and I liked the keypad lock system because it meant that I didn't have to bring a key or access card around with me. Additionally, both my room and the communal bathrooms were surprisingly clean.
Negatives: I wish there were more options for breakfast, I found the lighting in my room to be quiet dim, and there was no air conditioner so prepare to boil.
Overall, I found the hotel to have great value for the price.

"Good hotel for the price paid. Conveniently located very close to the station of a tram that gets you to the city center in around 20 minutes. Staff is nice."
