My room was too small

I was pleasantely surprised. It was our first time. We usually sayy at the West Plaza, but we got tired of paying 80 bucks.. The lady that checked us in was super sweet and helpful, i was able to park.my car in a gated parking and the room was super clean. I didnt mind the noise. We will be back for sure. Super affordable

The place was an amazing stay, the only issue is that the hotel does not honor the discounted price on Expedia. Both times I've made a reservation, and they used the hotel's set prices and disregarded the discount offered on Expedia. For example: Expedia said it was cheaper a night and its a flash deal, but when you arrive, the price is either $7-9 more expensive than mentioned on the site(depending on if you go Sun-Thurs or Fri/Sat). It's not much, but still I could've found a place that actually offered the discounted price per night instead of being bamboozled when I'm tired from traveling all day. Also, when you book on Expedia, they require you to pay in person, so realistically, you were lied to and never actually going to get the discounted price in the first place. I hate to have to make this review despite everything else being good. I just wish there was honesty and transparency, not a trick just to get me to book with them.

Staff was very accommodating and easy to interact with. Secure parking lot, close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Good price.
