My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting New York for a concert and I can definitely say this hotel was top tier! The property was extremely clean, the staff were phenomenal especially Carlos at the front desk, upon arrival he gave us complimentary early check-in, he thoroughly explained everything and was extremely professional and pleasant. All of the staff that we came in contact with were of the staff were pleasant and willing to assist . The hotel is a diamond in the ruff as it sits in the middle of a South Bronx neighborhood that may not be pleasantly looking; but, was most definitely safe we felt comfortable walking the neighborhood day and night. There are a variety of food places around and close to the subway. I would 1000% stay here again!!!

Wonderful, unique hotel- beautifully appointed, very clean, adequate fitness center, friendly staff. Great continental breakfast including a latte machine. Downsides: very comfortable bed but TERRIBLE pillows ☹️ Typical tight NYC hotel- very small bathroom with NO counterspace- had to place my toiletries on a towel on the floor. Area is not safe to walk around so keep in mind you will need to Uber everywhere. But overall I would totally stay here again!

Got the double queen. A clean, well placed location and convenient for a Yankees fan. Breakfast is standard continental fare. Only complaint is that the water machine on the mezzanine didn’t seem to work for bottle refills. Would stay here again!
