Well laid out apartment, comfortable & quiet
*Washer/dryer was noisy and malfunctioning, it failed to dry washing , clothes came out as wet as when they went in the machine .
*Poor signage & lighting for locating the address in the dark

Nice place in a good location and an awesome view of the stars at night.
Parking space was a bit small but there was street parking available too.

The property is modern and a reasonable size and has the right facilities. However has not got the basics right.
The bed is a good size, but of poor quality, one person moves the other feels it. When someone in next unit uses shower there is dramatic change in your shower temperature. The front door on arrival did not lock or shut properly, builders were called and arrived promptly, however, the reason was that there was an entire hinge missing on the door causing to sag.
