Management were great as I extended through an agent and was able to stay in the same room. Room is very comfortable and has been refurbished but still feels a little dated. After hours check in was relatively easy as well.
Room was on the 4th floor and there is no lift.

The location was near to many food and coffee options but above all, the service provided by Krish was excellent! He was the best start to the stay and set the tone of what to expect. He went above and beyond and was really quick to respond.
The TV wasn't working but since it was only for a night, I didn't get them to fix it. Ended up sleeping most of the day away. The room is rather small so if you're coming with a full size luggage, be prepared to attempt some acrobatics move around the room

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was not bad.It is within walking distance of a few durian stalls and many good,I was old, eateries. The person who checked me in was very kind to bring up all my luggages❤️
I was lucky to meet the person during check-in.If not,I would not know how to check in nor did I realise that there was no elevator. The room was very small and it was hard to open my luggage.
