The location to the KC Streetcar was fantastic. Literally across the street. Never more than a few minutes wait and one stop to the City Market or a few minutes to downtown.
Coffee in the rooms was all decaf, and we asked for more and got decaf, but I have to say the Nespresso coffees were excellent.

Great location at the very beginning of the KC tram (that was free). Staff was the most friendly we have EVER encountered. First stop on the tram was the City Market. Two Birds One Stone Brewery was right across the street. Great value during a football game weekend!
A little noisy due to the Raggae Festival.

The customer service agent, Micah was amazing. I was having issues trying to get my credit card to work and he was very patient and worked with me until we were able to get me into a room.
The parking situation is very weird. Paid parking around the hotel with limited spots in the back.

I liked the location
The parking app sucks had to redo a couple of times had to be on phone my daughter got hung up on you need to be better ruined part of the experience
