I really enjoyed my 5-day stay here. The breakfast was homemade and outstanding, with fresh, high-quality products. The room was spacious and bright, with a lovely artistic atmosphere that suited the character of Santa Teresa perfectly. The location was excellent, in a lively neighbourhood with music and plenty of bars and places to go out in the evening. The bathroom was very nice and the shower worked perfectly throughout my stay. Overall, I appreciated the atmosphere, the fantastic breakfast and the great location, a special thanks to Taty, Anunciacao and Thelma, 10/10 :)

The cleanliness could be improved in some areas. I noticed a few stains on the bed sheets and the fridge was not particularly clean. The room also tended to feel a little humid. As the building is old, the windows do not provide much sound insulation, and street noise can be noticeable, especially because the hotel is located on a blind bend where cars often honk to warn oncoming traffic. However, these issues were manageable, and overall the room was reasonably clean and comfortable. One thing worth clarifying for future guests is that payment is made directly at the property. This was not entirely clear to me when booking through Booking.com, so making this information more explicit would be helpful.

Absolutely fantastic property with extremely spacious bedrooms very comfortable beds and amazing modernist decoration. The house is just in a perfect spot. The service was fantastic and the breakfast absolutely 5⭐️. One min walking distance from amazing restaurants and bars. Thank you for being such great hosts!
