Have stayed here a number of times by choice, as its clean, comfortable, has free off street parking, a restaurant and is close to many other dining options. Its also reasonably priced.

Good location, rooms very clean and well set out.

Although updated and clean, and good budget rooms, the walls are not soundproof and there was a locked door between rooms with gaps. Could hear everyone's toiletting and conversations, door slamming etc.. View from room was over the bay but the industrial wharf site and wood chip pile was in front of the bay.
