Amazing hotel right on the beach. The Sargassum was everywhere but that is nothing that could be avoided. The pool on the rooftop was excellent and great view of the ocean. The rooms in this hotel are amazing. They were very clean and very spacious. Beds in the Carmen are so comfortable. Staff at the front desk, Arthur was so helpful and friendly. The restaurant attached had awesome food and our waiter Cris was amazing. Definitely going to book this hotel on all future trips to Playa Del Carmen!! 5 stars all the way around!! Well done Carmen Ocean Front Hotel!!!
