Good location with proximity to the beach, house was clean enough, great check in and check out process.

Parking is a little tight but that was fully disclosed. We had larger trucks and we could not fit 2 in each garage. Although there is a very large refrigerator, it is a little deceiving since it is not extremely deep. Another small refrigerator in the foyer would definitely be a plus. A drink fridge would be great (we kept our soft drinks and water in Yeti coolers to save room in the fridge.) Even though we were 1/2 row back there is still a beautiful view of the ocean between the two houses in front. All in all we were quite pleased with the house and would consider this house again for another year.

This was a perfect house for my family and I to enjoy a relaxing weekend right on the beach. Our family has been coming to Topsail for generations and the homeowner could not have made this easier for us! We will be returning!

Property was steps from the beach
