Excellent view from the balcony of the Gulf Coast.

If you are looking for incredible beach views, easy/quick access and relaxation, this is the place to be. The property features a beautiful pool area that we really enjoyed. Inside, the room was pristine and clean. Overall, a perfect vacation spot!Would Definitely come back and would love to own a property similar some time!

Host was very good with communication, parking was exceptionally difficult, upon arrival we did notice issues with cleanliness and damage to the room. Relaid this to the host who quickly responded and was willing to send someone over immediately. Whole building is non-smoking you have to smoke out front on the sidewalk. You was as advertised and the walk to the beach was very short. Overall decent stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was a good one. Property description was accuracte. Location was perfect, close to grocery/shopping. Close to attractions. Walking distance to many restaurants. Check-in/Check-out was seamless and plenty of communication. The balcony furninture was excellent. The property seems to be under some renovations as only 2 elevators out of 3 were functioning, but we never had to wait longer than 15 min. Minimal closet space due to owner storage. Bedding appeared to have some residual dirt. Mattress in master bedroom had a huge dip on one side and sliding glass door lock in master bedroom did not function. Some dishes needed to be rewashed due to residual food. Also will need to bring your log ins for apps as there is not any provided live or cable TV.
