Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Fun Never Sets the first week of August and survived the Texas heat the classy way- floating the pool in the adult pool while the kids played in their own pool. Mornings were quick beach runs over the dune path; then off to go fishing. Evenings were balcony cocktails with sunset views that turned everyone into photographers. Inside, it's polished but practical: four real king suites, smart bunk spots, a legit downstairs hangout with a wet bar and giant TV, and an AC that actually keeps up to the Texas heat!If you're renting, grab the dates you won't be disappointed. If you're buying this layout and location make everyday life feel like vacation. We're are already planning the next trip.

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach towels. The open layout made it easy to relax and hang out with family, and the private pool was a huge plus for the kids. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and right near the lake and amenities. We especially loved the community vibe at Cinnamon Shore South. It felt peaceful, safe, and super family-friendly.The check-in process was smooth, and the property management team was professional and responsive. Every detail felt well thought out.We made so many great memories here and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxury beach rental. Can’t wait to visit again and make more memories!
