My family, 2 dogs, and I had a wonderful stay here! The property has beautiful views and the small community is quiet, peaceful, and serene. It is only 15 minutes away from the beautiful, small city of Woodland Park where we would go to pick up food, and only about 30-40 minutes from Manitou Springs. During our visit, we saw deer, turkey, and even a black bear and her cub wandering around the property. It was such an amazing break from life in the city! The owner was responsive to our questions and has everything labeled and arranged nicely in the kitchen and bathrooms. The place is very clean and well stocked, and even had board games, books, and local attraction information available. My family and I enjoyed many a game of UNO!I would definitely recommend a good 4X4 or AWD vehicle as the dirt roads have some steep inclines. That said my FWD Chrysler Pacifica van did well since it was summer during our visit. I'm glad we didn't get any rain!

My parents & I had an amazing stay in Woodland Park! The property was incredibly clean, cozy, and offered beautiful mountain views...and I do mean BEAUTIFUL. I also cooked the whole time we stayed, great set up in the kitchen. Trey weas attentive and left thoughtful touches. We can’t wait to come back!
