Property was very clean and looked exactly like pictures. Host was responsive and quick, everything about the place was great. I would just say that for the location and no street parking near the property it was a little expensive.

The host was kind and helpful. The property was convenient and safe. There were several full garbage cans outside, so it was a little unclear where to put our trash at checkout. Table lamps would have been nice. We would stay again. Thanks, Marco and DC!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated condo. It was very clean and lovely. It suited our needs for a busy week of DC site seeing. Very close to a bus stop that was a short trip to the subway. A couple reasons for less than 5 stars could be easily fixed with bedside tables with lamps in the bedrooms and making sure the promised sundries and supplies were stocked. A more difficult complaint to fix is the outside entrance area before entering through the gate to the property. It needs to be cleaned and maintained. I cant unsee the rats running rampant around us when we struggled with our bags getting up the steps and getting in to the building. I was very reluctant to mention this in my review but thought it was an important detail that needs to be addressed.

Great place to stay. Not a far walk to the metro.
