Beautiful house with fantastic views and lake access. Very dog friendly. Well-appointed kitchen. We easily found everything we needed. Great space for gathering and finding quiet time apart as well. We were there during a heat wave so we would have loved it if there was air conditioning but few homes in this area have that. A quick dip in the lake helped keep us cool! The lap pool is also refreshing. It is a busy part of the lake so there was always boat traffic to watch. There are quite a few stairs to the lake that is very common in this area. We appreciated the kayak and canoes that came with the property rather than carry our own down and back. The steam shower in the primary bath was so relaxing.

Amazing house at a lovely lake. 5 star family vacation all around.

Great house. Well stocked. Clean. Great communication with the management company.

Schoolmarm is a beautiful property, extremely clean, amazingly decorated, simply a joy to stay in. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. Bathrooms are new and clean, bedrooms are extremely comfortable, the mudroom is fantastic, and all appliances are high-end. Views of the lake are wonderful. You won' be disappointed staying at this lovingly maintained home. Access to Rangeley Lake is easy and the private beach, dock, canoe and kayaks are a definite plus. The house is also just a few minutes from town and the grocery store. Couldn't ask for more from this rental. Communication with the owner and management company were very timely.
