Great trip to Nashville! We were in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium. It was so easy to walk to the stadium and not have to deal with traffic and parking! Great location...close to restaurants, Broadway, Germantown. Condo has all the necessities, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, covered parking space, etc. Very peaceful location on the river. Host had great communication and very easy instructions on check in/out.

Overall, a nice property on the River as advertised. Had a couple of minor hiccups with our stay but management was very responsive and made quick corrections. I'm a light sleeper and there are some noise issues( train comes by in the morning). If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs, otherwise it's a nicely situated property close enough to the action without being on top of it.

Great location, host interaction was good. Dishwasher leaked when we tried to run it. The place was not very clean. Probably will stay somewhere else on our next visit due to the cleanliness level.
