Awesome house with plenty of space

We had an amazing trip and really enjoyed this house. Its in an excellent location and had lots to do for our kids. Very clean and well put together. I may even come back this summer.

The newly renovated house was in excellent shape and plenty spacious for our group. It’s a short easy drive through the neighborhood to Hatley Pointe. We are looking forward to making it an annual trip.

We had a 2 night stay at this cabin, it was 8 people overall (3 children). The location and the cabin itself we absolutely beautiful, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. The issue was when we went downstairs to the game area and the 3 bedrooms, it was like a freezer. None of the Heating units were working downstairs. I wasn't able to relax with family the first day/night because I was spending the whole time communicating the issues with the renter and trying to get it fixed. In the end, we had a technician come our first night and he was unable to fix it and then the next morning another came and could not fix it as well. Space heaters were given, but they did not do a great job at heating downstairs area. Our kids all had to sleep upstairs because it was too cold for them downstairs. We understand things like this can happen, but this is something that should of probably gotten checked prior to us checking in.
