The open-concept layout accommodates up to four registered guests, with the sleeping and living areas sharing one space.

Whether you're preparing breakfast before an early shift or cooking dinner after a busy day, you'll appreciate having your own kitchen.

Arrive on your own schedule with convenient keypad entry. Your personalized access code will be provided before arrival.



🏠 Your Own Private Space

The entire studio is yours to enjoy, including the living and sleeping area, full kitchen, bathroom, workspace and in-suite laundry. There are no shared interior spaces.



🚗 Complimentary Parking

One complimentary on-site parking space is included with your stay.



🅿️ Additional Parking

Need space for another vehicle? Additional parking may be available for $15 per night, plus HST. Please arrange this in advance.



🚶 Shared Outdoor Walkway

The outdoor walkway is shared with other guests accessing the building. Please be considerate of neighbouring suites when coming and going.



The Neighborhood:

You are in the heart of Belleville, but on a quiet section of the street with a church on one side and a hair salon on the other (also run by your host Sharon). Being in the centre of it all puts you close to just about everything you could want to do in the area, including visiting wineries, breweries, galleries and the local waterfront and beaches.



Getting Around:

Check out the welcome book and my website for more details on the surrounding area (so much good stuff nearby!) but just know that you are in the heart of it all and close to everything! We have free parking, are on a transit route and are within walking distance to the Riverfront trail and Downtown District shops, galleries and restaurants. We are close to the hospital, the industrial park, Zwicks park, the Wellness Centre, the YMCA, the Trenton Air Base and Museum. Prince Edward County is just across the bridge over the beautiful Bay of Quinte and is a hub for all kinds of other awesome things to do!

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Enjoy convenient self-check-in with your personalized keypad code, sent before arrival.



🪜 Steps & Accessibility

Suite 28 is on the main floor, with a few steps leading to the kitchen area.



🛏️ Open-Concept Sleeping Arrangements

Suite 28 is a studio apartment with a queen Murphy bed and a convertible sofa bed. Both sleeping arrangements share the same open living space, with no separate bedroom.



🐾 Travelling with Pets?

Well-behaved pets are welcome! A $75 pet fee plus HST applies per stay. Please include your pet when booking and be considerate of our property and neighbours.



👶 Travelling with Little Ones?

A Pack 'n Play is available to rent. Please request it in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.



💒 Downtown Sounds

Our historic building is located beside a wedding and event venue. While the studio offers privacy, you may occasionally hear celebrations, traffic or other downtown activity.



🤫 Quiet Hours

To respect our neighbours and other guests, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
