We rent our holiday home, located in Grand-Village Plage in the south of the Ile D'Oléron. It is a recent house (2016) of 90m², light and bright, on one level. It is located in a quiet street, 8 minutes by bike from the large beach of La Giraudière and the forest. Very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, pellet stove, barbecue), it has a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, opening through a large fully opening bay (pocket window) onto a large terrace and an enclosed garden of about 100m², out of sight. The terrace is protected by a large modular electric awning with a valance and dimmer lighting. It has 3 bedrooms all with large storage space: - 1 master bedroom (bed 140), - 1 for 2 people (2 beds in 90 that can be combined) - 1 for children with 4 beds (2 x 2 bunk beds in 90). In addition: -1 bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and plenty of storage, - 1 separate toilet, - 1 patio, - 1 bicycle garage, - 1 cellar-laundry room. - 1 outdoor solar shower. In the garden you will find a large table and 8 armchairs, 5 deckchairs. A private driveway allows you to park 2 cars. You will be 5 minutes walk from the shops (Super U, pharmacy, market), the bakery and the bike rental company being 1 minute walk away. You will be 5 minutes by bike from the magnificent site of the Port des Salines. Pets not allowed. Tobacco-free house. Rental in general from Sunday to Sunday.
