Super quiet and very well appointed. Hilton validated parking with the pool pass which was great. Easy walk to shops including grocery store was also great. Pleasant neighborhood with short walk to the beach and beach trail.

Extremely comfortable with everything needed to make a memorable trip! Unit was clean with fabulous balcony overlooking golf course. Host was very accommodating in letting us arrange a later checkout. Love Kona and would certainly recommend this villa! Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m torn with this property. Overall I really believe it was a very good option and value for our family. The piece that really made it worth it was the Hilton pool passes. Our family enjoyed this benefit and took advantage of it on 3 of our vacation days. The home is very well stocked and in a fantastic location walking distance to shops and groceries. Also plenty of beach accessories in the garage with a rolling cart which was a godsend. Michelle was very responsive and helpful. The bad experience we had was the elevator. We had 6 people and luggage and it broke when we were trying to unload obviously making it very difficult for us. The elevator was broken our entire stay meaning everything we bought had to go up 3 flights every day including when we packed and had to load the car. With my elderly mother with us it just made things more difficult than they should have been. Fortunately we were handicapped or we would have had to be relocated.
