Lumiere East is an incredible villa! Great location, great accommodations, everything about it is spectacular. Would stay in any one of the (4) houses in the community again. Communication throughout was second to none. Thank you!

The villa was spacious, clean, and close to the beach. It had everything we needed. We will definitely recommend this villa to others. Also, JP was a great communicator and was very helpful.

House was very nice

The villa itself is very nice - clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The layout and amenities are good, and it has the potential to be a great place to stay.Unfortunately, several maintenance issues affected our overall experience and the value we felt that we received. The AC units were very loud, one of the door locks was broken, and the pool water quality was questionable. These issues detracted from what could otherwise have been a very enjoyable vacation. The AC units were loud enough to disturb our sleep. We reported these concerns to the management company during our stay, but they were not meaningfully addressed. The situation was eventually escalated to the owner, who appeared genuinely concerned and arranged for the door lock to be repaired promptly and he agreed that the AC units were loud and needed to be replaced and that the pool water needed to be cleaned. However, the issues with the AC units were not resolved during our stay.Overall, while the property itself has many positives, the lack of timely attention to these maintenance issues meant that we did not feel we received the full value we expected from the rental.
