The house was beautiful with an amazing amount of room. It was perfect for our needs. The downstairs was amazing with a large projection screen that the kids hooked their PlayStation up to in the evening for large group gaming. It has games, air hockey, hot tub, beach towels, a 2nd kitchen, extra powder room, laundry closet, patio, gas fire pit, all with plenty of space. The main floor has a well equipped, roomy kitchen. Open space dining with enough room for 14 to eat. Large living room, though the couches are caving in. The deck is large and looks out at the lake and the indoor pool. The main floor has one king bedroom with private bath and the floor also has a large extra bathroom facing the street. Upstairs is for the kids. It has its own laundry closet, and 2 bedrooms. One with double beds and one with double bunk beds, both with private bathrooms. One of the upstair (double bedroom) and one of the downstair king bedrooms do not have televisions. It was clean, adorably decorated throughout, and had most everything we needed plus some toys and baby items like pack and plays. We stayed an extra day and it took a quick phone call. The rental company was quick to respond by text and phone when needed. All and all, it was wonderful.

We did have four issues at this stay that management promptly addressed.

After looking endlessly for rental properties for my family, we chose this one based on the reviews and pictures. While the location was great, and the house met our needs, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house as well as the communication with the host. We checked in around 4:30 and the house had styrofoam and fake pine needles everywhere. There was dog hair on the coffee table, the dining table hadn’t been wiped off, and the baseboards were covered in dust. There was also a large amount of dust under every bed in every room. I also found hairs on two bath towels that were hanging up in the bathrooms. I reached out to the host to let them know, and they stated that it was supposed to be cleaned after they took Christmas decor down and it wasn’t. They offered to bring a cleaning crew out the next day, but since we were there with our small children, we declined. Other than that, I did not hear from the host throughout the week we were staying there. The only contact I received was when I reached out the day we checked in, and when I told them we checked out. We were there for 7 nights. Our family had fun, but I would most likely not stay at this house again.
