⏰ Check-In & Check-Out

We pride ourselves on spotless cleanings!
Early check-ins and late check-outs can sometimes be accommodated for $25/hour (arranged at least 24 hours in advance).
Unapproved late departures delaying cleaning will incur a $50 service fee.

🛡️ Booking Requirements

To finalize your stay:
• Sign our rental agreement within 48 hours
• Upload a valid driver’s license
• Add a card for verification
• A $500 refundable security hold is placed 2 days before arrival and released 7 days post-departure (processed securely via OwnerRez).

Please note: exterior cameras monitor entry points and a noise sensor ensures neighborhood peace.
