This home was bigger and more beautiful than I had anticipated from posted pictures. The outdoor area was a family favorite. The posting had noted the pool & spa were heated however we found out that it was an additional charge for heating after we had already arrived & inquired of property management. They were prompt in responding & providing fee information. Their response gave the impression they thought the Vrbo site had noted a charge for heating however it did not. This did not end up being a big issue for us as the days were hot which allowed for some natural heating to the pool. Even with the heating miscommunication I’d definitely recommend renting this home.
