This is a gated community in a quiet, south-facing location that is popular with both our vacation guests and homebuyers. A public beach with a snack bar is located about 400 m away. Highlights include the large, well-maintained, and free swimming pool with a snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m; open from around mid-June to around early September, weather permitting), sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as the tennis courts (each for a fee). Most apartments include their own covered parking space within the gated complex. Free guest parking is available outside the residence.
