The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens wide through large patio doors onto the enclosed, furnished terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space perfect for long, lazy breakfasts or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets across the bay.

Accessed from the main street, the front door leads into a welcoming hallway, with a cosy second sitting room to the side — ideal for movie nights or a quiet retreat — along with steps down to the open-plan living space and stairs rising to the bedrooms above.

King size bed which can be split into two singles, ample storage facilities. Beds can be split on request.

Bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom 4 and Ensuite

Double bed and antique single bed. Ensuite shower room (walk in shower, toilet and washbasin). Please note that this room is on the third floor and has sloping ceilings and reduced head height in places.

Outside Space

Outside the enclosed garden offers direct beach access and is furnished with table and benches and a BBQ.
