Everything was exactly as described. This isn’t for you if you want to be able to walk out the door and right onto broadway but if you want somewhere more chill and quiet but still minutes away from everything this is for you! We loved it! A few minutes to downtown but when it became too crowded for us we got to go back here and relax and enjoy some down time! The fenced in back yard is a huge plus! We definitely would book again! Host is great with communication! We had zero issues and everything went smoothly!

The property was excellent. It was a clean place, perfect size for us and our little dog. Quiet in the evenings but centrally located in Nashville. We were able to get downtown and to Broadway within 10 minutes. The owner was responsive and even suggested some places to visit and places to eat. Strongly recommmend this house.
