We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this home again! The location is hard to beat—just steps from the beach and close to everything we wanted to do on Holden Beach. The house was spotless when we arrived, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One of the biggest highlights was that it's truly pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog so easy. The owner/host was wonderful to work with—responsive, accommodating, and clearly takes great pride in the property. They also provide linens and towels, which was greatly appreciated. Our only minor feedback is that the rental management company seems to have some confusion regarding the listing details, specifically whether linens and towels are included. Thankfully, the owner has everything covered, but it would be helpful if the management company updated the listing to reflect that accurately and did not email trying to charge for you it. The only other small inconvenience is that the key requires physical pickup rather than using a keypad. That said, the pickup location is extremely close to the house and the process was quick and easy, so it certainly wasn't a dealbreaker.Overall, this was an outstanding stay. Clean, comfortable, pet-friendly, in a fabulous location, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about their guests. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect house for our family! Everything we needed was provided for beach trips and grilling at the house!

The unit has been completely remodeled in the last year. It is beautiful! Beds are comfortable. The house has everything you need for a great stay. We will definitely return!
