Boasting 2,563 SF of interior elegance and 1,266 SF of private outdoor splendor, this residence features sunlit rooms with striking city views, a 400 SF terrace with an outdoor kitchen, and a 750 SF rooftop deck for unparalleled entertaining. Inside, find a chef's kitchen with top-tier appliances, and a master suite sanctuary with a spa-like bathroom. Modern comforts include smart home technology and a virtual doorman, all set in a boutique building minutes from key Manhattan landmarks.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
Note that the rooftop deck is a shared space with the other penthouse unit.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security deposit
Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
