Beautiful, new, clean home. Dock area was perfect! We were able to dock our boat and two jet skis. The neighborhood marina is conveniently located near the house. The homeowners were generous in allowing us to use their paddle board, kayaks, and lily pad. There were several other floats available for guest use, as well. The only concern that I would have is for an older individual or someone with a physical handicap walking to and from the house to the dock. The incline was manageable for the individuals in our party, but I could see it being a struggle to impossible for our elderly parents. Overall the house is wonderful and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.

We came over the Thanksgiving holiday and once we arrived we loved it. It was a little hard to find so be prepared to find it on GPS before you start your trip. I arrived at night so didn't see the key at first. The house is well equipped and new. Amenities were great. Internet worked great as well as streaming devices.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a small group of us who stayed at the location over Memorial Day weekend. The house was very clean and had much more to offer than was listed (paddle boards, kayaks, etc.). Great location and very close to everything!
