Excellent option in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, very close to all the attractions, great communication from the hosts, definitely one to repeat.

We were so impressed with this beautiful home! It was very clean and spacious and exceeded our expectations!

It was an amazing place to stay and the hosts are very easy to communicate with! Highly suggest place!

Pros- Great view of the mountains, nice new house, great communication with host. Easy to get to and very convenient to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. Great house for 8-10ppl. Den area seats 8 ppl with plenty of dining seats for 20+. Cons- These houses (cabins) are basically on top of each other. Major construction in neighborhood. Noise begins at 7am sharp with large equipment including dump trucks, cranes, lots of noise til after 5pm and tons of dust. The dust was everywhere. 2 days of our trip had big delays trying to leave while road was blocked with trucks and equipment. New house, no insulation between walls so you hear everything between floors. Like most rentals that are new, cheaply built but hey, it’s a rental. Nice kitchen but only 1 frig so stocking it for 15people would be difficult bc there’s no pantry or upper cabinets. 1 towel and 1 washcloth per guest for the entire stay. Lots of stink bugs in the house, probably from the deforestation that’s happened. Bedrooms have no blankets, only a sheet and comforter but the sheets are great quality and comfortable! The housekeeping was ok but lots of dusting that had been missed - maybe due to all the construction. Other good features- Indoor pool is nice Hot tub nice They did provide some pool towels so we didn’t have to use bath towels. Once the area is finished it’ll have a water park area as well. Maybe in 2025!
