Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique 2 two story house. The One is a unique luxurious private modern villa escape in the center of north Oshawa. Having a stunning and spacious backyard for events and social gathering. It is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life without going out of town.
Note: No party allowed at any circumstances.

Only Main-floor and First floor is included in this listing (2 Stories). 3 story approx 5000 sqft house. Without basement it is 2 stories. There are 4 Bedrooms With 3.5 Bathrooms, 3 Living rooms which is tastefully decorated, 2 Oak Staircases, Kitchen w/Granite Countertops & Spacious Breakfast/dinning area, the Backyard has approx 900 sqft deck with rear garden furniture. Front porch has bistro to enjoy lazy afternoon.
The space
★Fully equipped kitchens with amenities like a coffee machine, toaster, juicer,microwave,rice cooker, Dish washer, Gas burner, refrigerator, pots & pans, spoons, plates, glasses, wine glasses, basic spices including salt, pepper and oil, dish soap, paper kitchen napkins, can opener, knives, cutting board, tea, coffee.
Note: all items are for startup and we do not restock those during your stay.
★we will provide Laundry pods for startup.
★3 Living areas and dining areas with lots of sitting arrangement.
★Outdoor patio with rear collection of garden furniture and outdoor sofa sets.
★2 Parking spots on the driveway.
Additional car parking (after 2 car) charge cad 50 per night and applied without any notification.
★Conveniently located near shopping centers, Costco, a movie theater, and Ontario Tech University, Durham College, Trent University
Guests will have private access to the backyard and the entire house except the basement.
The guest could enjoy 4 bedrooms, 3.5 washrooms, 3 living rooms, kitchen, dinning area, front porch & backyard.
one room in up-stair, 3 storage cabinets( 2 in main floor & 2 in upstairs) and garage is not part of the rent and those spaces are using for storage.

Extra cleaning fees will be charged; - Few storage rooms or mechanic rooms are NOT accessible; ➒ Guests are responsible for a basic cleaning the space before checkout (indoor & outdoor). - Load and start the dishwasher. Pre-rinse the dishes and cups before putting into the dishwasher. The house is a beautiful newer home, beautifully decorated, very clean, very spacious and enjoyable. The bedrooms were very comfortable with multiple bathrooms accessible for each bedroom including a very nice ensuite bedroom. The open rooms are accommodating, including a large dining and kitchen area; and the back yard and deck are spacious with various seating arrangements and could host a decent daytime / early evening dinner or family gathering.
This is a house for a family and or close group of relatives or friends for spacious and semi private setting.
The house is in a newer residential community of detached homes which can be active during the day, but is quieter in the evenings and was respected as such.
The only disappointment was the absence of a BBQ in the backyard, which is shown in some of the pictures; and since the house is located near the outer edge of the city, cooking more at home would've been nicer to do; (The owner may wish to update some repetitive photos to current state); but overall the house is almost exactly as it appears in the photos when one arrives, and well worth the discovery while walking through the home.
Note that there is no basement access, as it is possibly reserved as a space for the owner or a tenant, though no one is ever seemingly present or ever bothersome.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking out a clean, classy comfortable stay for themselves or visiting friends and family. Truly impressed. Thank you.
