Very family friendly. Large home with lots of space. Bedrooms and bathrooms are real . Pool and Harry Potter room were big hits for the 2 boys ages 7 & 10. Kitchen was accommodating with 2 refrigerators. Kitchen supplies are very minimal (missed dinner as no can opener or pan.) Needs a deep clean and sprucing up both in and outside. Also highly recommend putting hooks or some sort of towel hangers- several bathrooms had nothing to hang towels on. The more the better. We Always look for practical over “fancy” unnecessary decor/pillows. Appreciated the amount of towels provided in plastic wrap. Communication and check in and out process were excellent.

The house was very beautiful and just as advertised in the pictures. Steve, the host, was extremely responsive. There was a chair with a broken leg that I notified the host about right away and it was taken care of the next day. We also had a little trouble figuring out how to get the heat for the hottub to work, but Steve immediately responded in letting us know what to do and he regularly checked in throughout the week to see if we needed anything. This house is in a really good location. You're only about 30 minutes away from anything Disney and Universal related and about 40 minutes from the Orlando airport. This house is also located within a gated community that does have a community pool house and gym, in case you wanted to get a workout in during your vacation.

Perfect stay!

Our stay was exactly what we needed. Communication with the host, Steve, was easy and timely.
