It is a beautiful and spacious home with a lovely backyard. Luxury rental was fantastic in timely replies to questions and very helpful. If I need to rent again this is the place I will look into renting first. Everyone in the family loved it. The one thing I think that should be pointed out is access to the community pool does need pre-approval and fees pp...which is stated in the details but I wasn't sure who I needed pre-approval from. Now, in writing this, it is my responsibility to read all of the details however I do feel this should be listed prominently. I would recommend this home to anyone who has a larger party and needs a rental in Lubbock.

House was set up well for large families. Overall clean. Bedding cleanliness was lacking and floors are mopped with something that leaves an odd film. Property management is very good and attempted to promptly rectify any issues. The main bedrooms were clean with the only issue being in the bunk room. I would stay there again. I would rate 8.75 put of 10.

This was an amazing house and hospitality. Thank you!!!

Location was great, close enough to stores and campus but far enough away for it to be quiet. Was able to use the country club pool which the kids loved. The host was very responsive to our questions and even let us check in a little early. Very clean and updated. One of the bedrooms had no windows which made for the perfect sleeping room for our 1.5 year old. Highly recommend.
