Overall the property was very good but had two faults. One, as seniors there to enjoy the ocean view and play golf, we used two filters when we booked. (ocean view and a hot tub) We got the view and the location was excellent. Unfortunately the hot was not heated. We looked forward to a hot soak and were not able to use the hot tub even though we made the property manager aware with three days left in our stay. The property management company was excellent and i am sure they tried to get it fixed. Victoria was especially helpful in all aspects. Second, We were asked to be our own maid service. We had to make our own beds and were asked to strip them too. We were asked to collect kitchen and bath towels as well. Two of the four of us that stayed use VRBO with our northern Michigan properties and never require this. I generally use VRBO four to five times annually for many years and have never had this inconvenience. Although I rated this experience very good we were disappointed in those couple things

Hime is beautiful! Elevator was close and made unloading easier. Parking was convenient. Close to everything.
