Great property and great communication before, during and after our stay.

The bed wasn't made on arrival with the mattress half off the bed!!?? The bed is the main point of the booking. There was a very large mirror resting precariously on the floor laid up against the wall that had made marks on the walls, so I began taking photos of all other marks, the water in the shower stung our eyes, there is a huge clump of mould in the vent, and mould markings in shower tiles. There were fake eye lashes in the sink that wasn't emptied prior to arrival. For such a premium price it was below average. Don't get me started about the lockout fee and trying to return a key for entry. May as well have stayed somewhere else for the night, rather than being told the person with the key was 5 minutes away, and 45 minutes later a call saying they're still further away. Abismal.
