Unaware of the Hugh soccer tournament that started on the beach directly in front of the property the day after I arrived and lasted pretty much my whole stay So the beach was extremely busy wellInto the evening & as late as 2 am on Saturday Not sure if the beach is always that busy this was an unplanned getaway for a few days & I didn’t check any local calendars for events before booking so my bad Overall though we enjoyed the area and had a good time and may return when it’s not so busy

We really enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend trip to Seaside. The unit was comfortable with an excellent view and close to all the restaurants and shops.

The cleanliness of the unit was fine, but the unit definitely has shown some wear. I also found the process of putting the burden on the renter to take inventory of the condition of the entire unit onerous. I've not had to do that anywhere else.
