This property was clean and set up well. Bring soaps for washing machine and dishwasher as there’s none provided. I was so happy with this property I’ve booked it again for an upcoming trip.

The space is walkable to the beach and comisurate with the price. The one factor that really soured the stay was the complete lack of effective communication with the host both via the chat and cell phone number - in fact, at times, it really seemed like a bot response. The host was completely unreachable by phone call, which is frustrating with an in-the-moment problem. Also, I did make a one night deletion to my stay, ahead of the cancellation date, and the host only agreed to a partial refund. This was a surprise to me, but turns out VRBO has no policy in regard to refunds for changes no matter the date. So, be aware.
